JSPS Program for Leading Graduate Schools - Only-One Category

Cross-Border Legal Institution Design

The objective of this Program is to produce professionals who have a strong interest in Asia and can design institutions for cross-border transplantation. The students will learn how to offer innovative yet highly practical solutions with flexible perspectives to understanding and comparing diverse societies.
The students will have strong legal skills, including legislative drafting for implementation of transplantation and be able to organize and manage a team of professionals from diverse cultures with effective communicative skills.
