b) What are the main legal challenges of foreign, external trade and neighborhood policy (including Asian countries, USA), Japan- EU relationships. EU as a model for ASEAN

c) Recent problems in the EU (financial crisis, Eurozone crisis, refugee crisis) and their legal solutions - success or failure? Influence to EU's Asian partners

d) New Challenges and perspectives for EU and European legal system(s) related to technology driven economy and Digital Single Market
